- All exterior walls are made of Colored Plaster with Water Proofing and have natural stone and cedar wood
Electromechanical
- Each apartment will be provided with 1000 L underground tank and another tank of capacity of 1000 liters on the roof
- Wires and Cables: Lebanon cables 12.5 mm for lighting, 2 mm for chandeliers, 2.5 mm for brass and 6 mm for main cable
- Hot water bottle of capacity of 150 liters for each apartment
- Water pipes are made of PPR
Finishes
- The floors of the apartment is tiled with Italian ceramics 60 × 60 cm
- The floors and walls of bathrooms are tiled with Italian or Spanish ceramics
- All exterior walls are made of Colored Plaster with Water Proofing and have natural stone and cedar wood
- Colored glass aluminium doors & windows/Sidem 2000
- Balconies balustrades are made of aluminum
- Gypsum ceiling with decoration for main entrance
- Building entrance and staircases tiling made of marble
Wooden works
- Kitchen cabinets are of Lamaica type and the kitchen counter of granite 2 m long
- All doors of the apartment are MDF panels and the main door of the apartment is covered with Swedish wood veneer

- One elevator for each block equipped with safe landing mechanism
